Samurai Professor Goroh is a anti-villain. He is a computer virus who is based on the data of the famous video game character, Samurai Goroh. He can become Kamen Rider Kurokage Shin General.

Arms[]
Like with the other New Generation Riders, Kamen Rider Kurokage Shin's forms are called Arms (アームズ Āmuzu?). His Genesis Driver announces "Liquid" (リキッド Rikiddo?) before every transformation.
By pushing the Genesis Driver's Seaboll Compressor into the Energy Lockseed after transforming from one to two times, Kurokage Shin can activate one of two finishing moves based on his current Arms form: Squash (スカッシュ Sukasshu?) or Sparking (スパーキング Supākingu?).
Genetic Ride Wear
The Genetic Ride Wear (ゲネティックライドウェア Genetikku Raido Uēa?) is Kurokage Shin's default form undersuit, which is briefly seen during Kurokage Shin's transformation sequence before the Armor Part attaches. However, this form is completely vulnerable to any incoming attacks when shot at directly in the suit rather than at the Arms that is descending down on the Rider.

Matsubokkuri Energy Arms (マツボックエナジーアームズ Matsubokkuri Enajī Āmuzu?, lit. "Pinecone Energy Arms") is Kurokage Shin's default pinecone-based armored Japanese Ashigaru form, as well as the evolved form of Kurokage. Accessed through the Matubokkuri Energy Lockseed, this form bears the Matsu Kabuto (マツカブト? lit. "Pine Helmet") helmet with the Comb Eye (コームアイ Kōmu Ai?) visor.
While assuming Matsubokkuri Energy Arms, Kurokage Shin dons the Matsubokkuri Energy Armor Part (マツボックエナジーアーマーパート Matsubokkuri Enajī Āmā Pāto?, lit. "Pinecone Energy Armor Part") and his Arms Weapon is the Kagematsu Shin.
